Agreement to Receive Tutoring Services

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Tutoring Lab (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

1. Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide online tutoring services in the subjects requested by the Client.

2. Payment

The Client agrees to pay for the tutoring sessions as per the rates listed on the Company’s website.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

The Client agrees to schedule sessions through the Company’s website and to adhere to the cancellation policy.

4. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

The Client agrees to release the Company from any claims arising out of the use of our tutoring services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for any sessions completed prior to termination.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
